Dear Tori and Dave
Thank you both very much again for such an excellent visit last week.  Everyone's still talking about it!

"As part of a Year 8 Literacy Project linked to the natural environment, wildlife and rural crafts, we arranged for David and Tori of Northside Falconry to visit the school.  It proved to be one of the highlights of the whole project!

Tori’s enthusiasm for her birds of prey and the art of falconry was infectious, her sharing of knowledge and stories fast-paced, highly informative, focused and entertaining.  She actively sought the students’ participation through asking them questions linked to their own experiences, encouraging them to ask her questions, allowing them to see the birds close up and inviting them to hold the birds on their own gloved hands.  They saw a range of birds feed and fly, swooping low over their heads across the hall.

It was an exciting and novel experience which kept our students (and staff!) fully engaged, engendering in them a respect for birds of prey and deepening their knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the art of falconry.  It stimulated much discussion afterwards as word spread, together with news that Head of School, Miss Byron, had finally been outstared, by Ozzie the Eagle Owl!

Thanks again.

"Thanks Tori, Everyone has been delighted and enjoyed every moment of the afternoon.  Your approach is wonderful, i'll be in touch and you will be highly recommended!"

We all had the greatest time yesterday.  It was all really fantastic. From the weather, those incredible birds, wonderful displays, delicious lunch, the added bonus of the hunt and the welcome and kindness of you both.  The boys said it was the best day they had ever had and Christian and I loved it too.

My wife bought me a falconry day for Christmas. It was just the two of us, and we were met by Tori in the Hotel reception. We later met David. They both made us feel welcome, and their knowledge of the birds is first-rate. They clearly care a lot for the birds. Flying them was fantastic - I felt I had a smile on my face all day! I can recommend it to anyone.

We booked a hawk walk as an 80th birthday treat for my father. It was postponed from Easter, due to bad weather, but it was definitely worth waiting for! By August the falconry had moved to a wonderful new location in the grounds of The Walworth Castle Hotel. We were made very welcome by Tori and David and were first shown round the new falconry centre, which will soon also be open to visitors, who are not taking part in one of the hawk walks or hunting days. We were introduced to the individual birds and their stories. We were also given lots of fascinating information about birds of prey, whilst Frankie, a Harris hawk was prepared for the walk. In spite of some drizzle we were able to go ahead and fly Frankie in the grounds of the castle and on a walk through the woods. Tori's enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience extra special.
Before leaving we were able to watch David fly two of the other birds too. We have come away with lots of photos, video clips and happy memories.Definiely recommended - thank you Tori and David!

My partner booked a Hawk Walk for my birthday as I'd mentioned it was something I'd always wanted to do. I certainly wasn't disappointed. It was probably the best few hours of the year. Tori and Dave are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable.
Thanks guys. I'll be taking the whole family back when the centre officially opens next Easter. Superb.

I bought a hawk walk experience for my dad (my mum, 3 year old daughter and I tagged along). It involved taking a walk through the woodland with a Harris Hawk for company. We had a brilliant time and well worth the money! Both Tori and David were very welcoming and made us feel like we were walking with friends. Learning about the birds was fascinating and having a hawk fly to your gloved hand was awesome. Tori was lovely with my daughter - she got to meet the ferrets and puppies. We all found the day to be such a great experience that I would recommend it to anyone .
